Bio

Clint Cushman comes to Chatham Hills with over 16 years experience in the private club industry. He is a firm believer in the relational management approach and puts this management style into practice by having continuous levels of engagement with both members and club staff. Clint prides himself on communication, accessibility, and integrity.

Clint is the former co-owner and Principal Broker of Henke Realty Group. His leadership responsibilities were in all aspects of residential and commercial sales, marketing and client relations. Clint has 15 years of real estate experience in Hamilton County, ten of which were spent at The Bridgewater Club in Carmel, IN, where he acted as Director of Marketing and Sales as well as the Membership Director.

Clint currently co-owns Indy Pitch & Hit Academy in Noblesville, IN, where he serves as a professional hitting instructor.

His educational background includes an Associates Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Anderson University, and a Masters of Education in School Administration from Ball State.  His post college work experiences as a teacher, Elementary Principal and Assistant Principal bring valuable expertise to working with families.     

Clint is passionate about the American Heart Association and served two years as President of the Elementary AHA for IN while also raising nearly $500,000 in his years as a coordinator of Jump Rope for Heart. Clint has coached baseball for sixteen years and has coached the Lids Indiana Bulls to a National Championship and two National Runner-Up trophies. He also coached the United States Sports Ambassador Baseball team to a Championship in Australia in 2002 and has been a Varsity Baseball Coach or Assistant at Noblesville High School, Heritage Christian and Hamilton Southeastern High School.

Clint currently lives in Fishers, IN, with his wife Lori. He and Lori have three beautiful girls. Maddi, a senior at IU; Emma, a sophomore at Butler, and Annie, a junior at Hamilton Southeastern HS.
